About and Objectives


The professionals practicing before the RERA Authorities viz. Advocates and Chartered Accountants felt a need for a registered association in order to address various issues pertaining to real estate. The RERA Practitioners’ Welfare Association (RPWA) was incorporated on 11 August 2021 and is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The RPWA is governed by its Rules and Regulations and the RPWA Committee consists of experts from various fields such as lawyers and chartered accountants.








The motto of RPWA is “Providing Solutions to Issues” for Real Estate Projects and some of the main objectives of RPWA are:

• To carry out activities for study, discussion and lectures of RERA and related issues;

• To arrange seminars, workshops, conferences, training for the benefit of members and the public at large either solely or by tie up with other Institutes, Associations and organizations;

• To create a website and e-platform for knowledge sharing amongst public at large;

• To make representation before the Government, policy makers, Authorities, Tribunals, Courts etc, send deputations; arrange meetings, discussions, symposiums, conferences relating to legislation, regulations, policies and other matters affecting the public in general and RERA profession in particular.
